• our multidisciplinary skills are based on service lines developed by specialist partners and staff, responsible for setting up the tools and methods in which the majority of the firm's players have been trained in the total absence of any compartmentation of skills;
• transversal functions (recruitment, planning, finance, IT, communications, doctrine and standards, training, etc.) are handled directly by the partners and mission directors who thus contribute to common objectives.
